The big 5k is coming up in only seven and a half weeks! We have just started to prepare for it. On Monday we ran for 2.5 miles (well, ran... walked... whatever). Tonight I hope to run a little bit more. Bryan found a good site that maps out routes by distance. I will have to post an image.
Other than that, I am 100% on workouts this week so far (yeah, yeah, I know it is only Wednesday) which is awesome! Maybe I will be able to keep up with it this time.
