So you may be asking your self, what is a super he-man? Well, if you have to ask, then you must be in the wrong place and should go scrapbook something. For the rest of you, welcome to the club! We will be posting information about how a normal guy can go from average Joe to Super He-man. Nothing on this page is approved by doctors or proven by research. Really, it is just a place discuss the progress on a journey to reach a goal of physical fitness.

I told you I read this blog. I worked out for 1 week in a row. Then I got sick and stopped. I think I am going to try your method of encouragement, it is a great idea.
ive been doing pretty well too, im down to 186 lbs already (thats about 10 lbs)
