Back to Work!
Well, I guess that even though I am the only one that reads this Blog, I will continue to post here. It is a good way for me to make sure that I am working out (which I currently am not). Wow, it has been hard to get back into the swing of things, but tonight I will try to go running. I still want to do the 5k this month, so I need to get my bum in gear! "SUPER HE-MAN NINJA EAGLE POWERS, COME TO ME!" (Nacho, some words added for extra coolness)

Not the only one! I like to hear how your progress is going- that way I can experience it vicariously instead doing it myself :)
I read this blog too silly boy! You just don't post very often, so sometimes I forget.
I admit I haven't read a post from this blog until today. I am ashamed!
