No workouts are good workouts

So I haven't been working out lately either, but I hope to improve soon (even though everyone says this and no one does it). I have been improving my nutrition though. From mostly eating out to eating salads, pastas, ect... I've lost a total of 4 pounds since I started trying. Lets see if I cant lose a few more :)

No News is Bad News

So, it has been a while, a long while. I have been sick and not worked out for a long time. It has been hard to get back into the swing of things, but tomorrow morning in the day of repentance for this lazy bum. I will keep you all posted.

3.1 Miles!

Well, last night Bryan and I ran a full 5k (don't ask how long it took) and today Andrea made it through the first set of the couch-to-5k program. It is amazing how good I feel after running. It feels like my body is clean inside. How did I go so long not working out?

Only 7 and a half weeks to go

The big 5k is coming up in only seven and a half weeks! We have just started to prepare for it. On Monday we ran for 2.5 miles (well, ran... walked... whatever). Tonight I hope to run a little bit more. Bryan found a good site that maps out routes by distance. I will have to post an image.

Other than that, I am 100% on workouts this week so far (yeah, yeah, I know it is only Wednesday) which is awesome! Maybe I will be able to keep up with it this time.
