Trial membership

So I'm on a trial membership at EP fitness. It's a nice facility, but it is way to expensive for me to join. It would cost $200 in sign-up fees alone. Oh well, at least I get 4 days of nice equipment!

Long Time No Post

Well, it has been a while, but I got good news. I have been working out every day for the past 3 weeks! This is the longest that I have gone and I think that the goal may stick this time! Maybe I can look into doing another 5k! I will try to keep this page updated.

AHHHHH

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I have not been working out! Why must it be so hard? I guess I should no longer procrastinate the day of my repentance. Back to work! We did miss out on the 5k. There was a service project on Saturday, so we couldn't make it. I will look up the next on and start training again.

Back to Work!

Well, I guess that even though I am the only one that reads this Blog, I will continue to post here. It is a good way for me to make sure that I am working out (which I currently am not). Wow, it has been hard to get back into the swing of things, but tonight I will try to go running. I still want to do the 5k this month, so I need to get my bum in gear! No workouts are good workouts

So I haven't been working out lately either, but I hope to improve soon (even though everyone says this and no one does it). I have been improving my nutrition though. From mostly eating out to eating salads, pastas, ect... I've lost a total of 4 pounds since I started trying. Lets see if I cant lose a few more :)

3.1 Miles!

Well, last night Bryan and I ran a full 5k (don't ask how long it took) and today Andrea made it through the first set of the couch-to-5k program. It is amazing how good I feel after running. It feels like my body is clean inside. How did I go so long not working out?

Only 7 and a half weeks to go

The big 5k is coming up in only seven and a half weeks! We have just started to prepare for it. On Monday we ran for 2.5 miles (well, ran... walked... whatever). Tonight I hope to run a little bit more. Bryan found a good site that maps out routes by distance. I will have to post an image.

Other than that, I am 100% on workouts this week so far (yeah, yeah, I know it is only Wednesday) which is awesome! Maybe I will be able to keep up with it this time.
